Paris

My sayang left me to Paris yesterday. I stayed over the day before yesterday. Konon nye... nak berasmaradana before he leaves for his 12 days production trip. Well we didn't do anything because he was busy packing and I was busy getting the documents for MOCHA to be signed by him before he leaves. Cause next Monday I have to go to the ROS to hand in our registration.

I left before lunch because I have my cheerleading class at Sri Garden. My plan was after that memang nak pergi staright to KL Central to wave goodbye. Sekali I terlupe nak call brother in law dia cause I was suppose to meet him at 7pm at Ampang to pass a document. Padahal, earlier that morning I have already emailed him the document but forgotten to inform him! He needed it that night itself. So I rushed with my other friend who kindly drove to Ampang Point at 630 to pass him the docs. My sayang was schedule to leave to KLIA at 730!

Cut story short, I sampai 715 ar Central. But had to wait for the other guys, so manage to spend a few precious minute with him. He gave me a great hug, and bought me this beanies from Teddy Tales. Suppose to be a cheerleader, tapi dia belikan a tennis player! PERLU?

Now he is France, in between Paris and Leon representing the country, or should I say promoting the country with his classical malay dance production. I'm so proud of him!

Now that he is gone, I have 12 exclusive days of my own. First, I'm staying back to Taman Maluri. Spend more time with my family cause all this while asyik kepit dengan abang! And maybe go ronggeng the next weekend! Hoo hoo....

Sepet

First time I know of Sepet was back in January when I say the banners. I thought it was some regional film, maybe Singapore. Never thought it was local until I tengok name Yasmin Ahmad!
Last Saturday my darling sisters went out to watch it at KLCC before our Musicthec rendezvous. He said it was a nice movie. Day after, my boyfriends went pulak to Midvalley and watch it (with me absent!) and they pretty seem to like it. So why want to wait, of course I wanna rush to TGV and watch Sepet!

I went for a midnight show on Monday, just to check it out. I was curious with everything. I know its Yasmin's directorial debut. We all know her from her Petronas ads. The introduction was really nice, something new. So I decided that this would be a nice watch.

Result: I loved the 110 minutes of the movie. So many things were real. the language, the relationship, the culture, the pasar atmospheare. I would even give credit to the shots. Nicely taken. Even though I was not really happy with some of the scene which was censored by the Board overall this is a nice start for Malaysian movies. Please do not compare this to Sembilu, or a typical Malay commercial movie. Yasmin did her homework. Perhaps in some matters maybe not. But credits should be given to her work. I enjoyed munching my popcorn while going through every scene and every line. Both leads (newcomers, mind u!) did it great. They are so cute together. The ending was a bit confusing, makes you to grudge and think so hard trying to understand what the f**k was Yasmin trying to do!

After today, I will definetly love to see Sepet couples (Chinese guy and Malay girl) going out. I think its sexy. Well if we can have Metrosexual guys, Bohsias, then we should also welcome the Sepets!

Eh......I pun Sepet!

Musicthec again....

Perlu. For the 3rd consecutive week, I visited the clubbing scene. Again. Yet, the same club! Entah apahal I ni tergilakan Musicthec!

FYI, I will only be on the podium at certain period. Kalau lagu2 Britney, Beyonce or JLo keluar, mula lah Ultimate Cheerleader Malaysia buat dia punye routine! Fuh! Panas.

I was there this weekend to meet up my darling Riqi. He came down from Sabah for a week vacation (I think - and to selam lautan baru). He was there with another cute boy. Then got Abg Shan and his pmr kid to follow me. I invited mr Dr. to join. I didn't expect him to come, tapi datang jugak. Terpaksa I layan dia. He was stunt to see me crazy dancing on the podium. Ye lah, sampai I dapat cramp on my right thighs! Hahaha. I injured my self. But nobody knew about this except for mr Dr. Nak jugak I dia urutkan saya, tapi tak jadi. Aduh!

I promise that I will not go to Musicthec for a while. But well, nafsu clubbing siapa yang boleh tahan kan? Hehehe.

A Poem for Him

No Regrets....
If I knew it would be the last time that I'd see you fall asleep,
I would tuck you in more tightly and pray the Lord, your soul to keep.
If I knew it would be the last time that I see you walk out the door,
I would give you a hug and kiss and call you back for one more.
If I knew it would be the last time I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise,
I would video tape each action and word, so I could play them back day after day.

If I knew it would be the last time, I could spare an extra minute or two to stop and say "I love you," instead of assuming you would KNOW I do.
If I knew it would be the last time I would be there to share your day, well I'm sure you'll have so many more, so I can let just this one slip away.
For surely there's always tomorrow to make up for an oversight, and we always get a second chance to make everything right.

There will always be another day to say our "I love you's",
And certainly there's another chance to say our "Anything I can do's?"
But just in case I might be wrong, and today is all I get,
I'd like to say how much I love you and I hope we never forget,
Tomorrow is not promised to anyone, young or old alike,
And today may be the last chance you get to hold your loved one tight..

So if you're waiting for tomorrow, why not do it today?
For if tomorrow never comes, you'll surely regret the day,
That you didn't take that extra time for a smile, a hug, or a kiss and you were too busy to grant someone, what turned out to be their one last wish.

So hold your loved ones close today,
whisper in their ear,
Tell them how much you love the and that you'll always hold them dear,
Take time to say
"I'm sorry,"
"please forgive me,"
"thank you" or
"it's okay".
And if tomorrow never comes, you'll have no regrets about today
