I will, for the first time (I think), profess that I am really missing my love! Gosh. How it seemed so lonely, when I can't have him by my side. I have to tolerate these emptyness for 10 dreadful days. While everyone else are enjoying the Season holidays, I have to content and be a faithful loving boyfriend.
Well his temporary absence is good for my family. I have been a good homely boy. Helping cooking and do some other house chores. But this would be only temporary. I will have to leave them to Genting for a 8 days work job. And when I get back I would be entering back to classes.
I did not mention this to anyone yet, but I will now. I am moving to a new university. To continue where I stopped. The reason being I have a better option of subjects. My sister will be my class-mate, which is a good thing because if I were not able to attend class (due to cheerleading commitments!) I can rely on her for notes! It's so cool to be the eldest brother you know!

Got up early today as my sayang was leaving to Kuching. His flight was at 11am.
He left Pantai at 8:30am.
Afterwards, I was then already wide awake so bought myself a pack of nasi lemak and today's The Star paper. Watched Astro channel 70, the only channel I could watched as the Astro dish we had had some problems.

So I reviewed again my cheerleading videos. I am never bored of it, watching it all over again. Every time I watch a competition, I will get new inspiration and ideas. I'm suppose to choreograph the new routine for my team preparing for the Florida 2006 competition. Well I'm 80% done. Stunt wise, I'm quite happy with it. Just that I'm torn between 3 ideas for dance now. It's either to do an all Britney, a Malaysian remix or hiphop remix.

This is my first time choreographing 100% for All Stars. The UK routine was basically an input from the members. I created the Intro though and a few others, including the cheers. Hopefully I could share the video with you soon, once we pay our money back to the UK people!

I received my last cheque for coaching the Sri Garden team. It is not as handsomely paid as Beckham's RM6.8 million a week though! Nuts.

So my very first assignment was to spend on clothing. Head to Sungei Wang with my old friend Andy. It has been quite a while I have not catch up with him. He complained that I didn't see him after the UK trip. I got him a souvinier London initial pen to shut up! We met around 4ish. It was suppose to be a bukak puasa with him, but I arranged for an earlier appointment because going window shopping with him is fun! He has great fashion sense.

I got meself 2 cargo pants, which cost me RM160! Thank God it was on sale! Then, got me 2 new tees. One is green and the other pink!

And then we head to Green Lotus. My sister and 2 cousins joined us. It was quiet but the presence of these 3 native bithces made things lively. I kesian Andy as he felt akward! So we all had our little Asian delicacy. Andy had some Bangkok fried rice, and myself the Singapore fried mee. Got us some finger food too.

I love Green's environment, and thinking of having my 23rd birthday dinner there.

Some entertainment gossips and news for you to read, so don't have to bother and buy a Galaxie or whatever entertainment mags available out there!

Janet Jackson has a daughter!
She got married way back in 1983 to James Debarge for 3 months. And according to the husband's younger brother, Young Debarge, the couple has a baby names Renee, who is now 18yo. But would this be true? Because if it is, Renee Debarge should be 21yo instead. The Jackson's camp has denied this story.

The battle of the Simpsons: Ashlee wins!
So Ashlee Simpsons finally outclassed her elder sister after coming up tops at the Billboard 200 chart. Ashlee's new album I am Me, beat Rod Steward's and a few other notable acts including Stevie Wonders. I am Me sold 220,000 albums on its first week falling short from its debut Autobiography which sold 398,000 in sales last year. But she still hold the family bragging rights - Jessica has not yet topped the album chart.

Who is Datuk K?

Hopefully you've heard of the gossip of this one Datuk K, who is closely linked to our darling princess, Siti Nurhaliza. Dato' Khalid Mohd. Jiwa, or popularly known as Datuk K by the media was one of the important figures who brought her fame to the Royal Albert Hall in London. Ironically, Datuk K has a Hotel business in London too and a fleet of companies back in Malaysia. The lady in red is his ex-wife. It is widely spread now that the two are in love.
The month of October, the month of silence and grief. The month of the departure of beloved ones.

First, my cousin who died from a tragic accident in Sarawak.

Second, the passing away of our beloved First Lady.

Third, the death of Dato' Sidek, the father of the great badminton Sidek family.

Anyone to add on to this list?

It was yet another quiet and boring weekend. Except for the bukak puasa with my father-in-law at Crown Princess, I had an enormous time trying to fit myself as a sleezy pig!
I had been skipping everything that is active, from gym, swimming, gymnastics and dance for the past week or two. My body has been resisting to all this healthy activities, but indulging more to bad habits like eating, eating, and sleeping...
My weight has gone up!
Im going berserk now. My sayang gave me a lecture yesterday on my sudden change of behavious. I can't explain it but I can't help it either.
So I decided today that I will start swimming first. Than perhaps to the gym tomorrow and gymnastics on Friday. And continue again until Raya is over. When Raya comes, my bad habit will definetly crawl its back on me...I can't resist the good food served during any season. Gosh! Deepavali next week! How to diet?

I went to watch this interesting film at GSC Midvalley two nights ago. While my sayang was enjoying his breakfast with his former colleague at the Thai restaurant, I pulak had to snuf myself to watch this gowry and stuffy production.

I was very excited at first because the poster itself boldly print "FIRST SARAWAK FILM" and secondly, I came across one of the actor as Realene Mattu. A famillar name. So being this very anak jati Sarawak I wanted to watch was in store. Really. My ticket was RM7 only.
At the same time, there was the screening of Goal! of which I had a complimentary ticket to it but decline to watch as I had just watched England beat Poland 4-1. Enough Football.
Not use to watch movies alone. But brave myself this time.
When the screen rolled, and the first scene was shown I knew that I was going to NOT enjoy this one. It would be a boring 90 minutes (it was shorter actually). The movie directing was not really enticing and gosh, the actors need more classes! I could have done better! Those movie goers next to me slowly ignored what was next and handphones keep on ringing. I was annoyed with the whole episode. But I stayed on to watch the ending.
I loved the storyline, quite original and not the usual Hollywood horrors. If they had more money, and perhaps a better director, and pool of actors, this FIRST film from the East could have been better.
Raelene was my friend at church ack in my hometown. I checked the official website and browse through her profile. She was 3rd at the Miss Tourism International last year. Wow. Raelene is Kelanit mix Australian.
I message her on Friendster to congratulate her on the debut. I did say that it could improve, but me being a bitch...of course I didnt want to hurt her. Hopefully she won't get to read this post!

I did mention I was going for this second call audition for a musical.
Well it went well overall, knowing that I was quite happy with my performance.
The audition took place at Istana Budaya's rehearsal studio on the 4th floor. It was to start at 8.30pm and I arrived 5 minutes late. Not good. I bump into Roslan Aziz at the foyer but did not tegur him or anything. Not good. As I entered the studio, I was nearly faint when I saw those faces who will battle the next hour or two with me. I couldn't believe it, but these people were there.
The boys from the defunct Shades were there!
The top 3 winners of Audition 2 were there!
The finalists of Malaysian Idol 1 & 2 were there!
Even Bob from AF1 was there!
A few notable ASK and IB dancers were there!
And other unknown faces!
So what was the outcome?
I told myself at that point I was quite lucky for making it to the selection round. Roslan mentioned from the hopefulls 200, only the 35 of us were the favorites. But that night, only the best will be chosen.
First the singing audition. I sang my old time favorite To Where You Are by Josh Groban. Roslan tegur, "Good singing, but I want a Malay song. Boleh ke?". And I stupidly sang Belaian Jiwa!
Next was the dance audition. I was pretty confident with these. Not to forget the choreographer congratulate me personally on the victorious UK cheerleading performance! I was in awe. At least I know he reads The Star now. He (Pat Ibrahim) gave us a simple intro, and followed by an impromptu dance which I really liked. I hoped that would differenciate my skills with the others.
Finally the hardest part, the acting audition. Prior to this, I have had no proper acting classes except for those I have learnt from my Literature days at Taylor's! We were asked to perform a 1 minute solo acting of which I thought I did okay. My new found friend from the audition even complemented my performance.
My final say, although I know I won't lend the few big roles (which I don't really bother), I just hope Tiara and her esteemed co-workers will give me a part as a dancer and backup singer.
If nobody call me by next week , then I will call them. Desperate? Yes.

This Rhamadan weekend has been entirely boring for me resulting in my non existence at the popular gay clubs in town. First, I had no friends to accompany me and secondly to respect the Holy month (although I'm not Muslim, its just my gesture to do so lah). Instead my energy was fully charged for an entire Saturday afternoon at church, preparing for this Gala Dinner for the Lun Bawang natives in KL. This is like the ala-Gawai celebration but only held 3 months later! This event will take place on the 22nd at a 3-Star hotel. Besides the usual traditional dance performance lined up in the programmes, the promosing one could have been the inclusion of the beauty pagaent for men and women, i.e. Ruran Ulung (for women) and Padan Liu Burung (for hunks). In the spirit of celebrating this maiden event, I signed up for the men contest. I don't expect the excitement to win but taking this opportunity to learn more of my roots. I will post a picture or two later after the event. Wish me luck and hopefully when I answer my Q&A part, I would be able to reply in French and speak fondly of World Peace!

Last month, I went for an audition for a part in this musical to be produced next year February. This musical is based on a movie realeased last year, of which became the talk of the town, and maybe, I said maybe the whole world too, as because it was the most expensive movie ever produced by any Malaysians.
Hint: The story is about the love of a Java princess and a Malay warrior.
This musical was to be staged earlier this year. I was at the auditions last year and made to the next round until I decided to quit because I was already accepting another musical part in Jalan Impian musical (produced by Farah Sulaiman). Bad luck struck me when I got my contract terminated after 2 months of rehearsal. Sial.
So anyway, I received a call this afternoon confirming that I will need to attend a second audition. Roslan Aziz and Pat Ibrahim will be there, as this two hunky is the Producer and Choreographer. Pat choreographed the Asmaradana dance, the ones you see on Tiara's video clip.
I sms my sayang, "hehehe...i got the pgl 2nd call! yay!"
"Great sayang! Hope you get a part", he replied.

I'm very excited for the Sunday appointment at Istana Budaya. But I am still not really sure to take any part (if given) because I have major commitments with my cheerleading next year. If I were to proceed with this grand project, I will have to commit myself from Dec until Feb which means say goodbye then to the Singapore trip in Dec and two Jakarta trips in Jan and Feb!

Tension!

Okay, the fasting month has begun. And to me it's going to be a very quiet month for me.

First, I won't be going much as often (especially when it comes to eating at day-time) because I'm tired of getting people starring at me thinking that I am a Malay-Muslim murtad which I'm not! Sial.

Secondly, no Musictheque whole month! Chee bai betul!

Third, no Malay guys to hunt because semua berlagak sial! Just because its the Holy month semua aktiviti pun kena tergendala. Fine. I respect.

Fourth, no friends to hangout during daytime because 99.9% of friends are Malay. Bukan racists yer.

Fifth, staying home and be a good boy for the whole month and get rewarded for the coming Christmas!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!

Musictheque closing for a month.
Reason: Bulan Puasa

But was that decision necessary? I mean although I can notice it every other weekend, when I stand on the podium and glance through each faces, the cute, the handsome, the hunky, the young, the oldies, the ugly, the fattest, and the fugliest, most of them are Malay (Muslim). I take it the management made a good reason to close the club from operating during the holy month.

Then, what do you then to the minorities like me?! The chinese, the indians, the east bumi's, the lain2 and mat salleh, who actually don't practice fasting pada bulan Rhamadan. I'm not upset. Well maybe I am.

I guess I will not be going to club for the next month. Save RM80! With that amount, it is equivalent of 5 time visiting the sauna!

Eh, lama tak pegi sauna kan?

Jeng..jeng..jeng..

I skipped my gymnastic classes yesterday to spend the lovely evening with my sayang. But instead of a candle-lite dinner together, tis' two Sarawakians had to put their bid for lovexism and spare the evening for a boring foursome at Midvalley.
My sayang had to skipped his sup tulang.
My sayang's close friend was actually on a date of which I didn't knew about only until when we heading back from mamak.
So anyway, while the lovebirds opt to watch Jodie Foster running crazy 30,000 feet above sea level, we decided to test our masculinity watch Kate Hudson playing with ugly dolls and turned herself 30 years older! I lost my masculine test! Mak terjerit twice!
This movie was worth the RM22 we paid to watch the midnight show. BTW, RM11 is so expensive for a movie! The Government should have reduce dthe entertainment duty in the recent budget! Isn't watching movies is promoting healthy lifestyle too??
Just to relate The Skeletone Key with my real life story: My grand-mother used to play black magic in order to save my late grandfather, whom was paralysed for nearly a year after he was tarpped into a magic by his own jealousy driven cousin. I was only 15, and couldn't understand more but my grandmother had no other choice but to tag along in this scary and yet horrifying game.
I can still profess that the Lun Bawang community back home do still practice this sinful belief even despite after Christianity overuled the people in the 1930's.
Now, whenever I am back to my grandmother's place, it frightens me sometime (freaks me a lot! I don't even dare to go pee in the wee hours), that you can't just runaway from this experience since it is already part and parcle of my family life. Thank God, my granny is still healthy and strong today. She shyed away from black magic on the day when my grandfather passed away in 1999.
