The Opening Press Conference was held 2 days back, and already the worldwide media has already made thier personal favorites. Our Miss Malaysia, Deborah Henry is definetly doing very well at Sanya, China. According to the reliable beauty pagaent critic, GlobalBeauties, Miss Malaysia is a Top4 on The Royal Flush whereby 6 Miss World experts vote for their candidates they believe are closer to the crown. Miss Malaysia was also doubt as the perfect Miss World, a fashion model with a degree and a founder to a notable charity organization.

Fingers crossed! Hopefully Deborah will have better luck than Lina Teoh did in 1998!

Welcome to Penang! I was over there the last weekend for 4 days. On Saturday, right after my last exam paper I hurried myself with my backpack to the oldrailway station in KL. I was a little bit upset because the KTM service that very day was really slow. A snail could have reached much earlier! But anyway, I was excited for this planned trip as I was to meet my ex over there who was on a contract event job. This could complicate things, going for a holidays with your ex and what not. But I wanted a true companion and who else to be the perfect suite.

We stayed at Tanjung Bunga Beach Resort, thats 20 minutes from town and about 10 minutes to Batu Feringgi.

Enjoying the beach all I can! The last time I remember having fun on the beach was a decade ago in Miri. What else to make the fun one notch up with my perfect tou toech jump! Hah! These was the 13th shot anyway, my beloved cameraman was still adjusting to his new part time job.

This is queing at the "best nasi kandar in penang" the Line Clear Nasi Kandar at Chao Rasta Street. I had a portion but I thought I had a better one at another nearby Nasi Kandar. Hmmmm.

Another food cuisine. The Famous Penang Chendol. Maybe because I was already blotted up with the other tiny bits of food I had on the street so the chendol didn't do much for me. Just opposite that stall stood another one which had the same "Famous Penang Chendol" tagline on their signage. But as I stood 5 minutes trying to consume mine, all the passer by eventually stops at the one where we were at. Interesting.

The last day, we went up to Penang Hill aka Bukit Bendera. The journey up on the hill railway train took nearly 20 minutes. It was slow and all you could do at that moment was to appreciate the surrounding nature.

This is acknowledgely the first batch of the railway train made of wood. The Penang Hill first started to roll in 1927 with the fund support from the British Government. It costs 1.6million straits dollars at that time to build the project.

What can you get out of true excitement? The pain! I fell down the slippery stairs of Bukit Bendera. Fcuk it all!

The last stop, the temple. I was already wired down but my ex so insisted to go. There was this huge bell where you can knock it and eventually you will be strucked with good luck. Do I really need one after my fall? No thanks.

This was a perfect present for the hardwork for exams I went through and I'm looking forward for my next trip to Bangkok in January! A 25th birthday gift!

I think I sealed myself as the neighbourhood's Eddie Brit (of Desperate Houseviwes)!

I got back home around midnite, and I remembered I need to return a call from my PLU neighbour. This neighbour lives 2 floors below my family unit. Known him for ages, but was not officially introduced until the boy I went out with, Nix (who left to study for UK) build the friendship.

So this neighbour, also a Sarawakian, from the same hometown is quite a friendly one. Jovial, outgoing. Arrogant sometimes. But to top it all, he is a nice person to lepak with.

So I made my returning call when I recharged my handphone. Apparently he said that there was someboday waiting anxiously for me. This is not the first time he has been luring me. There were a few other occasion that he was happily introducing me to his friends which are not my cup of tea. At all. But of course I cannot escape from the anticipation.

I made my way by the stairs. I entered, saw two guys I have never met before. One was totally cute, and the other was so so. I didn't know which was the one I was to be introduced too, but my eyes has already its sight. My neighbour then briefed me there and then that the other guy was actually someone whom I have contacted before on sms. I was confused, trying to connect all the dotes. Only then I realised the guy was the one who saw me at Laqueen and got my number from another friend of theirs.

At last, got to see him. Not bad lah. Obviously my neighbour was giving every minute the chance for us to be more intimate. But I was already dried up, parts of my body just want to laze and not do much.

The cute boy I mentioned was my neighbour latest interest. This neighbour passes your normal abang-abang type, and being a typical one, he is into anak ikan yang hot. Apparently this two has been going out for almost 2 months. But during our chilling session, the boy was obviously trying to get my attention. Then again, I was there to actually be introduced to the other guy which I actually had NO attraction towards to.

At 4am, my neighbour and his anak ikan tired down and left to bed. Leaving me all by myself with this guy. We chatted again until he actually pulled me to the guest room! The rest is history.
